Booking Policy

For stays up to 3 nights we require a deposit equal to the cost of one night, for longer stays (4 nights or more) a deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required.  

Cancellation policy

For reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund will be given. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge of the equivalent of one night.
